We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff is incredibly caring and every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure we had a great holiday. The room we stayed in was beautiful and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom featuring a bath. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a perfect spa area with plenty of towels, water, and a variety of saunas to choose from. The ski room with individual heated equipment lockers was also a brilliant feature. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to the piste across the bridge opposite the hotel, allowing us to ski straight onto the Sella Ronda circuit. Moreover, the hotel was conveniently located right opposite the bus stop, making transportation a breeze. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely return to this hotel.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I had a fantastic stay at a lovely family-run hotel where the staff genuinely cared about my experience. The room was beautiful with a relaxing bath in the bathroom. The spa area was perfect for unwinding after a day of skiing, and the ski room with heated equipment lockers was a great convenience. The location was ideal with easy access to the slopes and the town. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed my Christmas holiday at this family-run hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a lovely spa that was perfect after a long day of skiing. The hotel's location was one of the best aspects as it was a short walk away from the town and the piste could be accessed directly across the bridge opposite the hotel. Additionally, the hotel was easy to find as it was immediately opposite the bus stop.

One of the worst aspects was that there was no choice for dinner, and the quality of the food was good but too rich for some guests. However, the staff were very accommodating and the chef went out of his way to find alternatives.

We had a truly lovely romantic escape at this family, run hotel. the staff were incredibly warm and caring , they really went out of their way to ensure we had a great holiday. the rooms were spacious, clean, and well, equipped, with a beautiful bathroom and plenty of towels. the spa was also a fabulous bonus after a long day of exploring. We enjoyed the key location, being close to the local lift and ski bus, which made getting around very easy. the food was also delicious, with plenty of options to satisfy both our vegetarian and omnivore diets.

Our room had a nice view of the mountain and was big enough to move around without any difficulty. We loved the atmosphere and the calmness of the area. The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The spa was clean and peaceful--it was just what we needed for our romantic getaway. There was also a great selection of breakfast choices which we enjoyed.

The location was quite far from the town center, so we had to take a taxi every time we wanted to explore the area. We also didn't appreciate the fact that we couldn't choose the food served during dinner--it was quite limiting and we didn't always enjoy the dishes offered.
